Aishwarya is a hands-on product designer with an excellent design sense, rapid prototyping skills for complex domains while being an effective member of a cross-functional team. Beyond her design skills, she is driven by maturing the design department. During her time at Blue Yonder, she led majority of the internal communication initiatives targeting executive and the product organization. Beyond her work, she continuously maintains an A-player attitude and mindset at moments of adversity and uncertainty.
